Information: Warranties & Returns
All products are checked before they leave our warehouse. In the case of vibrating products, we put batteries in them to make sure they work before we send them out to you.
However, we all know that sometimes products break down! We offer you the same warranty that our suppliers offer us. It is a 30-day warranty against faults. So if an item stops working within 30 days of the purchase date (we consider the purchase date 3 days after the postage date) then you may return the product to us and we will send you a working IDENTICAL product replacement.
We do not offer a refund or exchange in the case of you changing your mind as we are unable to re-sell an item once it is returned, due to health and safety reasons. So you can not, for example, return a purple vibrator because you don't like the colour, or you didn't like the DVD you purchased.
In the case of lingerie, we are unable to accept returns of hosiery and hosiery-type products, due to health and safety reasons, unless the item is faulty. In such case, you can return the item and we can send you an exact fault-free replacement. Other lingerie items that are unworn, unwashed, re-sellable, with all tags and packaging intact, may be exchanged if the sizing is inappropriate for you.
